针对Windows 10 version 1909

1. 打开注册表编辑器 regedit
2. 进入 计算机\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search 目录
3. CortanaConsent 项目值改为0，没有则新建
4. 新建 BingSearchEnabled 项目值改为0
